Stoneman Taurista – 147 km, 4,700 vertical metres, 1–3 days

If the word “challenge” makes you smile rather than nervous, you’re probably already looking at the Stoneman Taurista. This signature tour of the Salzburger Sportwelt is one of Austria’s most iconic MTB challenges:

  • roughly 147 km in length

  • around 4,700 m of ascent

  • a circular route linking the valley towns of Flachau, Wagrain-Kleinarl, Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, Radstadt, Forstau, Filzmoos and Obertauern

  • summit crossings and viewpoints above 2,000 m, with full 360° alpine panoramas
