Flachau Summer Card – your bonus for more activities

The Flachau Summer Card is your personal key to fuller days in Flachau. As an almlust guest you receive it free of charge (according to the current minimum-stay rules) directly at reception.

Validity period

  • during the summer season, generally from the end of May to the beginning of October

  • exact dates can vary slightly from year to year – we’ll let you know the current period before and during your stay

Guest Mobility Ticket Salzburg – free travel across Salzburger Land

With the Guest Mobility Ticket Salzburg your stay at almlust automatically becomes more relaxed and sustainable.

What is the Guest Mobility Ticket?

  • a digital public transport ticket for overnight guests in Salzburger Land

  • it allows you to use many public transport services in the federal state free of charge during your stay

What is included?

  • city and regional buses

  • S-Bahn and many regional trains

  • on certain stretches, selected long-distance trains within Salzburger Land

  • numerous regional shuttles and micro-public transport services

Only a few special and nostalgic trains and some specific lines are excluded – you’ll receive detailed information from us or in the official info material.

How long is the ticket valid?

  • from your arrival for the entire duration of your stay in Salzburger Land

  • with pre-check-in you can often also use it for your arrival and departure – just talk to us in advance

You receive your ticket from us digitally (e.g. as PDF) – simply show it on your smartphone or bring a print-out, and you’re ready to go.

SalzburgerLand Card

The SalzburgerLand Card is the big all-inclusive card for the entire Province of Salzburg:

  • free entry to around 180 attractions such as castles, mountain lifts, museums, lakes, pools and excursion highlights

  • one included day in the city of Salzburg

  • attractive conditions for families, with children’s discounts and special family rules

You can easily buy the SalzburgerLand Card online – we’re happy to advise you whether it makes sense for your holiday plans or whether the Flachau Summer Card plus selected extra tickets is the better fit.

 

How it works for you as an almlust guest

To make it easy, here’s the process step by step:

  • Check-in at almlust:
    You receive your Flachau Summer Card and all information about the Guest Mobility Ticket directly on arrival (according to the current minimum-stay rules).

  • Activate your Guest Mobility Ticket:
    We help you with the digital ticket – you’ll get it as a PDF or directly onto your smartphone. From then on you can use many public transport services in Salzburger Land free of charge during your stay.

  • Use the programme:
    Choose your highlights from the Flachau Summer Card weekly programme – hikes, family activities, sports sessions – and register in time for anything that requires prior booking.

  • Add extra cards if needed:
    If you want to discover several mountain areas or visit many attractions, we’ll explain the 12 Peaks Adventure Card and the SalzburgerLand Card and help you decide what suits your holiday best.

FAQ – Flachau Summer Card & Guest Mobility Ticket

Do I have to pay extra for the Flachau Summer Card?

No. As a guest at almlust you receive the Flachau Summer Card free of charge directly from us – from a certain minimum stay onwards (depending on the current rules). We’re happy to inform you about the exact conditions before your arrival.

What’s the difference between the Flachau Summer Card and the SalzburgerLand Card?

The Flachau Summer Card is your local guest card for Flachau – with guided hikes, an activity programme, discounts on lifts and various bonus partners. The SalzburgerLand Card is a separate purchase card for the entire province, including around 180 attractions. Depending on how much you want to travel around and how many sights you plan to visit, one or both cards can make sense.

How do I get the Guest Mobility Ticket?

You receive your Guest Mobility Ticket from us as your accommodation provider – usually as a digital ticket or PDF. It is valid from the beginning of your stay in Salzburger Land and allows you to use many public transport services free of charge.

Can I also use the Guest Mobility Ticket for my arrival?

Yes, with a pre-check-in this is possible in many cases. Get in touch with us at almlust in good time before you travel so we can prepare your ticket early enough for your arrival and departure.

Do I still need separate tickets for mountain lifts?

Yes. The Flachau Summer Card does not include a free lift ride, but offers price advantages: with the card you receive 7 % discount on the Starjet 1+2 cable car in Flachau and 20 % online discount on the 12 Peaks Adventure Card. You still buy the actual lift tickets or the 12 Peaks Card separately – just at a better price.
